Kartika & Tushar

Namah Resort & Spa, Jim Corbett,

This wedding was a special one indeed! After the big slump that the pandemic brought into our lives, this was the wedding that took us back to the foothills and back into the wedding thrills. We were hired just after two virtual meetings. As wedding planners and designers, this was a rather rare but pleasant experience. It was an intimate affair with 80 guests and so everything was planned to be experiential and engaging. There were ruffles, pinwheels, candy colors and kite flying for Mehendi. The Sangeet was to be held indoors so we brought the wilderness indoors. The haldi was a very small affair decked up with lots of marigold, achaar burnis and yellow drapes. The wedding was minimalist and romantic with lots of subtly died baby’s breath, wicker baskets and pampas grass!
